When is the beta launching?
We're targeting April 2026 for the public beta. Funder's Pack members get earlier alpha access.
Can I migrate from WHMCS or other platforms?
Yes. We're building an import tool that migrates clients, services, invoices, and tickets. We can also assist with custom migrations for complex setups.
Are there any hidden fees or per-client charges?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee for your license. We don't take a cut of your revenue or charge per-client fees.
Is it really self-hosted?
Yes. You run Dash on your own server with full access to the code and database. Your data stays with you. We also offer optional managed hosting if you prefer.
Can I customize the client area to match my brand?
Yes. Dash is fully white-label ready. Change colors, logos, and branding. Enterprise plans include theme customization.
What kind of support is included?
